Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Galaxy Gardeners ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account Rules

You may create one account per person. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share, transfer, or sell your account to another person. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases (such as fuel and cosmetic items) processed through the Apple App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. Prices are displayed before confirmation. Virtual items and currency have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred outside the App except as required by applicable law.

When using the App, including chat and social features, you agree not to:

We reserve the right to moderate content and take action — including warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans — against players who violate these rules.

5. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence (xAI Aurora) to generate botanical specimen artwork and planetary visuals. AI-generated content is created procedurally based on in-game traits and does not incorporate personal user data. Generated artwork may vary in style and accuracy. MetaPetal does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be free from imperfections. AI-generated content within the App is provided for entertainment purposes as part of the game experience.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including game design, code, artwork, sound, text, and the Galaxy Gardeners name and branding — is owned by or licensed to MetaPetal and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's content without prior written permission. Screenshots and gameplay recordings for personal, non-commercial use (such as social media posts) are permitted.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. You may delete your account from the Settings menu within the App, which permanently removes all associated data. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to other players or the service. Upon termination, your license to use the App is revoked.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for any loss of game progress, virtual items, or data resulting from technical issues, service outages, or account termination. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MetaPetal's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
